Chess & Backgammon Box 120 SOLD

Large size Handcrafted Persian Khatam, wooden Chess and backgammon games with an elegant and stylish leather case which is easy to carry and can be used anywhere. It has decorated with Khatam Inlaid. The box has designed for chess & backgammon and it contains a chess board on the outer surface and a backgammon board on the inner surface. A beautiful item that gets noticed sitting on the table in your office or home & a great gift for any one you like.
 
Khatam Kari is a highly elaborate process; in each cubic centimeter of inlaid work, up to approximately 250 pieces of metal, bone, ivory and different kinds of wood are laid side by side, glued together in stages, smoothed, oiled and polished. Woods used include betel, walnut, cypress and pine.
 
We recommend that do not clean these products with wet cloth or any chemical material and do not expose them to sun light, heat and moisture for a long time. To clean the leather box, take a damp cloth, wipe it across moisturizing soap and lather the leather. Don't rinse – buff for a nice shine.
